AI visibility tool pricing in 2026: 10 tools compared
What ten AI visibility tools cost in 2026: plans, what each price meters, cost per tracked answer and the charges beyond the headline price.
Patrick Widuch
Co-founder
Paid entry plans for AI visibility tools cost between $29 and $295 a month in October 2026, and enterprise contracts are quoted on request. Most vendors price by tracked prompts, then charge for extra engines, countries, seats or credits, so the sticker price rarely matches the bill. Below is what ten tools cost, what each price actually meters, and what one tracked AI answer costs once you normalize.
Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, read on October 10, 2026. Euro prices are shown where the vendor bills in euros or shows euros to EU visitors, and where a vendor's own pages disagree, we used the pricing page. For features beyond price, see our guide to the best AI visibility tools in 2026.
| Tool | Entry plan | Prompts at entry | What else the price meters | Approx. cost per tracked answer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Asky | €99/month | 50, daily | 3 engines of your choice; each country uses a slot | €0.022 |
| Peec AI | $95 or €85/month | 50, daily | 3 models of your choice; 1 country on Starter | $0.021 (€0.019) |
| Otterly.AI | $29 or €29/month | 15, daily | ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot included; each country uses a prompt | $0.016 |
| Profound | Custom | 50 recommended in the free trial | Quoted by sales; the 7-day trial is optional | Not published |
| Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit | $99/month per domain | 25, daily | Domains, users and prompts; one engine per prompt from ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini | $0.132 |
| Ahrefs Brand Radar | $50/month prompt package, or 5 prompts in the $129 Lite plan | About 83 a day on one platform (2,500 checks) | One check per prompt, platform, location and update | $0.020 per check |
| Scrunch | $250/month | 125 | 5,000 responses a month; 1 country | $0.050 |
| AthenaHQ | $295/month | No fixed number; limited by credits | 3,600 credits; 1 credit = 1 response | $0.082 |
| SE Visible | $99/month | 200, daily | Projects; about 30,000 answers a month | $0.003 |
| LLM Pulse | €49/month weekly, €79 daily | 50 | Tracking frequency; ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews included | €0.011 on daily |
Cost per tracked answer divides the monthly list price by the answers a plan collects in 30 days. That is prompts times included engines times daily runs, or the vendor's stated answer count. Prices are list prices before tax in the vendor's currency, on monthly billing.
On that basis, one tracked answer costs from about $0.003 on SE Visible to $0.13 on the Semrush toolkit, and most tools land between $0.01 and $0.05. It is a fair way to compare tracking volume, but it ignores everything else a price includes.
Are AI visibility tools priced per prompt, engine, country or seat?
Most AI visibility tools price per tracked prompt and then add charges for engines, countries, seats or credits. Knowing which of the five units a vendor meters tells you how the bill will grow.
- Prompts. The base unit almost everywhere: the buyer questions you track, usually run daily.
- Engines. Some plans include a fixed set, others let you pick three, and extra engines cost more.
- Countries. Many tools count each country a prompt runs in as another prompt or check, so a multi-market program multiplies the count.
- Seats. Most tools here include unlimited users; the Semrush toolkit is licensed per user.
- Credits. AthenaHQ sells credits, one per AI answer. Peec AI's agency plans size accounts in credits, one per prompt, model and day.
| Tool | Seats on the entry plan | Trial without a sales call | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Asky | Unlimited | 7 days, card required at checkout | Monthly, or annual at 10 times the monthly price |
| Peec AI | Unlimited | 7 days, no card | Monthly, or annual with 15% off |
| Otterly.AI | Unlimited | 7 days, no card | Monthly, or annual with 15% off |
| Profound | Unlimited on brand plans | 7 days | Custom contract |
| Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit | 1 user; each extra user needs a seat plus a $99 a month AI license | Not for the toolkit | Monthly or annual, same price |
| Ahrefs Brand Radar | 1 user on Lite; up to 2 more at $40 a month each | No | Monthly or annual (up to 17% off) |
| Scrunch | 5 users; extra users $25 a month each, or 5 more for $75 | 7 days, card required | Monthly; annual on Enterprise |
| AthenaHQ | Unlimited | Free tier | Monthly or annual |
| SE Visible | Unlimited | 10 days | Monthly or annual |
| LLM Pulse | Unlimited | 14 days on weekly Starter, Growth and Scale, payment method required | Monthly or annual |
What does an AI visibility tool cost a mid-sized B2B company?
For 100 to 250 prompts on three or four engines, self-serve plans on this list cost roughly $100 to $500 a month. Where you land depends on how many countries you track and whether you want content and fixes included.
Otterly.AI Standard tracks 100 questions for $189, Peec AI Pro 150 for $245, and SE Visible Basic 200 for $99 or Core 450 for $189. Asky covers 150 in one country for €174 on its entry plan, or 200 with content creation and CMS publishing for €399. Enterprise contracts at Profound, Scrunch or Semrush are quoted individually.
Is €450 a month for 250 prompts on three engines a fair price?
€450 for 250 prompts works out at €1.80 per prompt a month, or about €0.02 per tracked answer with daily runs. For tracking alone, that sits at the upper end of self-serve prices. It is fair if the price also covers content creation, fixes or publishing, because those replace work your team would otherwise do.
For comparison, 250 prompt slots on three engines cost €249 a month on Asky's entry plan, or €436.50 on its Scale plan with content creation and CMS publishing. Peec AI Advanced includes 350 prompts for €425, Otterly.AI Premium 400 for $489 and SE Visible Core 450 for $189.
Scrunch's Agency Core plan costs $500 a month for 250 prompts across three brand workspaces. Ask any vendor that quotes €450 what the price includes beyond tracking.
What should the price include beyond tracking?
Decide which work you want the tool to take off your team, then check which prices cover it. Tracking is the cheapest part of an AI visibility program, and acting on the data is where most of the effort goes.
- Accuracy checks. Whether the tool flags wrong facts about your brand, and on which plan.
- Content. Briefs, drafts or full pages written from what AI engines cite.
- Publishing. Direct publishing to your CMS, or copy and paste.
- Technical checks. A site audit and AI crawler logs that show what engines can read.
- Data access. Search Console and GA4 connections, an API or an MCP server.

Asky fits at €211.50 a month on its entry plan, and SE Visible Basic fits at $99 using one project per country. LLM Pulse fits at €199 with daily Growth plus 50 extra prompts at €1 each. Otterly.AI fits at $288 with Standard plus one pack of 100 extra prompts, because each country counts as a prompt. Peec AI needs Advanced at $495.
Which AI visibility tools under €200 a month track 150 prompts on three engines and run a technical site audit too?
Asky fits at €174 a month: Core with 100 extra prompt slots, three engines and a technical audit of 500 pages a month across 104 issue types. LLM Pulse Growth costs €149 with daily tracking for 150 prompts and includes per-URL technical GEO reports. SE Visible Basic covers 200 prompts for $99, without a site audit of its own.
With €500 a month for GEO, which platform tracks 200 prompts and also tells us which content to fix?
Asky Scale costs €399 a month for 200 prompts and ranks the content to create or refresh, then writes it and publishes it to Webflow, WordPress or Sanity. Peec AI Advanced (€425 for 350 prompts) adds five projects and multiple countries, and like every Peec AI plan it includes recommended actions and gap analysis. LLM Pulse covers 200 daily prompts for €199 on Growth with 50 extra prompts, and every plan includes recommendations and its GEO Writer. Is the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit worth paying for on top of an existing Semrush subscription?
It is convenient if you track one domain with one user: $99 a month adds 25 daily prompts next to your SEO data. Costs rise with each extra domain, location and user, so compare it with a dedicated AI visibility tool once you need more.
Where can I sign up for an AI visibility tool with a free trial and no sales call?
Asky, Peec AI, Otterly.AI, SE Visible, Scrunch, LLM Pulse and Profound all offer self-serve trials, and AthenaHQ has a free tier. Trials run from 7 to 14 days. Otterly.AI and Peec AI need no card, while Asky collects card details at checkout, Scrunch's trial FAQ requires a credit card and LLM Pulse asks for a payment method.
Which price point fits your team?
Write down the prompts, countries, engines and users you need for a full year, then price that program at two or three vendors.
- One market and a small budget: Otterly.AI Lite or Peec AI Starter.
- Two or three countries on a mid-sized budget: Asky Core with extra prompt slots, SE Visible Basic or Otterly.AI Standard.
- Content and publishing in the same price: Asky Scale, or AthenaHQ if you prefer credits.
- An SEO team already on Semrush or Ahrefs: their AI add-ons, while the included prompts cover your program.
- Enterprise contracts across many brands and engines: Profound or Scrunch Enterprise.
Pick the tool whose price covers the work you need done, not only the dashboard.
